Rules & Regulations
All rules and regulations apply to all current and future contests ran on the Facebook and/or Twitter pages of Oodle Noodle Canada. Effective October 20, 2010
Oodle Noodle will run two types of contests via their Facebook or Twitter accounts. Rules and Regulations for each type of contest are as follows.
1. Trivia Contests
Questions for the Trivia Contests will be posted on a tab on the Oodle Noodle Facebook page or on the @oodle_noodle Twitter feed. Questions will be posted at a pre-determined time, which will be announced publicly prior to the start of the contest. Everyone who is currently a registered fan of the Oodle Noodle Facebook page or a follower of @oodle_noodle's Twitter page is eligible to win the prize for each contest. The winner will be the person with the correct answer to the trivia question. Only the first response by each person will be counted and those who post multiple responses to the question will be disqualified from winning the current contest. Should more than one person respond with the correct answer, all correct entries will be entered into a random draw. Submissions that contain inappropriate material will be deleted, the poster will be disqualified from the current contest, and the poster may also be removed and blocked from the Oodle Noodle Facebook and Twitter accounts. Winners will be determined as soon as possible and will be announced on the Facebook or Twitter page. Once the winner has been announced, no further submissions will be accepted. The winner will be notified from someone at on the Oodle Noodle team via Facebook Message or Twitter Direct Message with instructions on how to claim their prize.
2. Enter To Win
To enter an Enter To Win contest, you will need to reply to the post on the Facebook tab or reply to the Twitter post on the Oodle Noodle accounts that states to do so. Each person can only enter once. No further submissions will be accepted after the contest end time. Everyone who is currently a registered fan of the Oodle Noodle Facebook page or a follower of @oodle_noodle's Twitter page is eligible to win the prize for each contest. The winner will be chosen at random from all of the valid entries. Only the first entry by each person will be counted and those who post multiple entries will be disqualified from winning the current contest. Submissions that contain inappropriate material will be deleted, the poster will be disqualified from the current contest, and the poster may also be removed and blocked from the Oodle Noodle Facebook and Twitter accounts. Entries will be counted and a winner will be determined by random draw as soon as possible after the end of the entry time. Then the winner will be announced on the Facebook or Twitter page. The winner will be notified from someone on the Oodle Noodle team via Facebook Message or Twitter Direct Message with instructions on how to claim their prize.
